•  Before porting your number to Vodacom please collect any messages and information stored on your number with your existing service   provider.

•  Any remaining credit and unused usage allowances will not be transferable from your existing service provider.

•  All obligations or outstanding fees from your existing service provider must be settled before porting your number to Vodacom. If not, this may result in the charging of early cancellation fees by your existing service provider.

•  Vodacom may not support some of the services available from your existing service provider.

•  All porting requests are subject to the applicable Vodacom terms and conditions for new registrations.
