The following options are available to you to check the BlackBerry service status:

    - Dial *111#

    - 1.Option 1 (balance enquiry)

       2.Option 8 (next)

       3.Option 1 (BlackBerry status)

or

    - Login to www.vodacom.co.za:

    - 1.Click on My Vodacom

      2.Click on account info

or

   - SMS "Balance" to 100
