How do I Claim?

To claim Cellphone, QuickSIM, Laptop and Portable Devices Cover:

    - You need to report the claim within 30 days of the event, on 082 1952

     - Have your SIM card locked and your device blacklisted by dialling Vodacom Customer Care on 082 111.

     - You will receive an ITC number which is essential to complete the claims process.

     - If your device or cellphone was stolen, you will need to prove that forced entry was made into your locked premises/ car and report it to the South African Police Services to obtain a case number.

     - Complete an Insurance Claim Form, available from any Vodacom Dealer or download it from: www.cellsure.co.za

     - Fax the completed form to (011) 844 2913/7 or email it to: info@cellsure.co.za

* To claim Contract Cover, contact Cellsure as soon as possible and no later than 90 days after the insured event on 082 1952.

 

To claim Vodacom Funeral Cover, your beneficiary will need to provide us with certain documentation so that we can settle the claim quickly and efficiently.

     • For Vodacom Funeral Cover, your beneficiary can dial 082 17800 or send an email to claims@vodacomlife.co.za

     • For Vodacom Funeral Cover: m-pesa, your beneficiary can dial 082 1082 or send an email to VodacomFuneralCover@vodacom.co.za

We need to be informed of your death within 30 (thirty) days after your death. If we are not informed in time by your beneficiary or estate, the claim could be declined.  We allow 90 (ninety) days for your beneficiaries or estate to question our decision on a claim. If we still decline the claim and they decide to pursue a legal process, they will have an additional 90 (ninety) days to do so.

Should you die, your beneficiary will need to provide us with certain documentation so that we can settle the claim quickly and efficiently.

    • Sending an email to claims@vodacomlife.co.za
